The students will be prepared for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification, which is a standardized criterion referenced test to evaluate and certify Japanese Language proficiency for non-native speakers. Below are the levels that will be covered and the content of each level:
N5 [Beginner]
Able to read and understand typical expressions and sentences written in basic kanji script
Comprehend conversation about topics encountered in day-to-day life. Pick-up necessary information from short conversations spoken slowly.
N4 [Basic]
Able to read and understand passages on familiar topics written in basic vocabulary in kanji
Able to listen and comprehend conversations encountered in daily life and generaaly follow the contents, provided that they are spoken slowly
N3 [Intermediate]
Able to read and understand slightly difficult writings encountered in everyday situations
Listen and Comprehend coherent conversations spoken at near-natural speed
